Kirk Nemer

Kirk Nemer, JD, SPHR, serves as the Global Head of Employee Relations and HR Compliance at Merative, having previously held the position of Vice President of Colleague Relations & Employment Counsel at HR on your side, Inc. for over a decade, where significant contributions led to FORTUNE’s Best Companies Awards. Nemer's extensive experience also includes serving as Global Vice President of Human Resources and Ethics Officer at NSF International, overseeing worldwide HR and ethics initiatives, and as Vice President of Human Resources and later Vice President of Operations at ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions, focusing on organizational turnaround and strategic restructuring. Nemer began a legal career as Corporate Counsel at Art Van Furniture and possesses an impressive academic background, including a Master of Laws in Labor & Employment Law from the University of Michigan Law School and a Juris Doctor with Honors from Wayne State University Law School.
