Lawrence Flint

Lawrence Flint is currently the Associate General Counsel at Merative, where they are responsible for intellectual property matters and serve as lead counsel for Merge Healthcare. Previously, Flint held several legal positions, including Counsel at IBM, where they focused on Watson Health and Merge Healthcare, and Attorney at Rich May, P.C., specializing in transactional and real estate law. Flint began their career as a Corporate Associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP and served as Counsel at Tremont Law Group. They earned a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA from Tufts University.
