Luke Boulanger

Luke Boulanger is currently the Lead Offering Manager for the MarketScan family of databases at Merative. They previously held prominent roles, including Offering Manager at IBM Watson Health and Head Health Economics and Outcomes Research Specialist at ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte. With a rich background in health economics, Luke served as Senior Research Scientist at both United BioSource Corporation and Evidera, and was the Director of Analytics at Boston Health Economics. They earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, an MBA in Management from Plymouth State University, and pursued a Master's degree as a Ph.D. candidate at UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
