Nicole Knights

Nicole Knights is a seasoned professional in total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Merative since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held various leadership positions at Plex Systems, Inc., including Director of Global Benefits and Director of Total Rewards from April 2018 to November 2022. Nicole's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Total Rewards at Crain Communications from September 2014 to April 2018, Senior Benefits Analyst at MAHLE Behr USA from August 2010 to September 2014, and Benefits and Compensation Manager at Handleman Company from June 2003 to June 2009. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development and a Master's degree in Public Administration, both from Oakland University.
