Tony Ramsey

Tony Ramsey is a Field Service Engineer with extensive experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining IT systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and networking issues. Since July 2022, Tony has been working at Merative, providing customer advocacy and support. Previously, Tony held similar roles at IBM Watson Health and DR Systems, focusing on Picture Archiving Communications Systems. Tony's background also includes management experience as a Customer Support Center Manager at Evolved Digital Solutions, where oversight of a 14-person team was key. The educational background includes an Associate degree in Web Design from The Art Institutes and a Certificate in Computer Science from the Microcomputer Technology Center. Military service in the US Army provided foundational skills in leadership and technical support.
