Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at Mercans, Andy oversees global payroll operations. Previously, they held various senior roles at MHR, including Vice President of Operations for North America and Service Delivery Director, where they were responsible for operational setups and delivering professional services across the UK. Andy began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at MidlandHR and has cultivated a strong background in project governance and customer-centric innovation. They completed the Cranfield General Management Programme in 2015.
