Michaël V. is currently the Head of Compliance at Mercell, where they leverage over a decade of experience in compliance and risk management. Michaël previously spent eight years at Deloitte's Risk Advisory team, serving clients such as Ericsson, Volvo Cars, IKEA, and Nordea. They began their career in quality assurance and market research at Bare International and later held various roles at Durex N.V. and Deloitte Sweden, including Assistant Manager and Senior Cyber Consultant. Michaël holds a Master's degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has participated in coursework at Harvard University. They are passionate about connecting with others in the compliance and risk management fields to share insights and foster innovation.
