Barbara Rishel

Barbara Rishel is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Tufton Capital Management, with extensive experience in the investment management industry. They previously served as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Citi Smith Barney, where they successfully built a client book. In addition, Barbara co-managed significant mutual funds at MTB Investment Advisors. They are currently furthering their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused on Finance at the University of Baltimore.
