We are an active developer delivering a wide range of commercial and residential projects, both independently and in joint venture. Our track record includes schemes such as a 500,000 sq ft factory and office for Hitachi Rail in Newton Aycliffe, a 219 bed Travelodge in Cambridge, a 90,000 sq ft Avon Cosmetics European HQ in Northampton and a 60,000 sq ft David Lloyd Leisure centre in Worcester.

On the residential side we have delivered developments from smaller schemes through to larger multi phase projects, including a current three phase scheme in Gloucester being delivered on a joint venture basis.

Across this company and connected businesses we have consistently maintained an active pipeline with one or more developments progressing at any given time.
