Debra Rilea

Debra Rilea has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership across multiple organizations. As the Software Engineering Director at Slalom Build from March 2016 to 2022, Debra led the engineering team in the Tokyo office, focusing on team growth and client engagement. Prior to this, Debra served as a Software Engineering Principal, developing team culture and leadership. At Vincent Associates Inc. from June 2010 to April 2014, Debra managed small development teams and specialized in Microsoft SQL Server development and optimization. Early career experience at Amazon involved building a multi-billion dollar marketplace and developing machine learning algorithms for ad ranking and pricing. Debra holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
