Amanda E. Rogers is a seasoned executive and fractional COO, currently serving as Chief of Staff and GTM Advisor at Hupside since 2025. They previously held various strategic roles at Merchants Fleet, where they achieved significant growth and led key initiatives during an acquisition by Bain Capital and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Amanda co-owned Merchants Fleet and also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and PMO, overseeing a $13 million budget and transformation projects.
