Matthieu Roustan

Matthieu Roustan is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in global brand and retail design. Currently serving as Global Brand Designer at Mercialys since December 2023, Matthieu also co-founded L'ORCHESTRE PARFUM in March 2017. Previous roles include Global Design Manager at Hammerson France from May 2019 to January 2023, Creative Design Manager at Cheil France from March 2016 to April 2019, and International Retail Designer at L'Oréal Luxe from March 2015 to February 2016. Matthieu's design expertise has been further developed through various positions such as Retail Designer at Lonsdale Design and WIPdesign, Shopfronts Design Manager at Unibail-Rodamco, and multiple roles at A&Co and Landor. Matthieu holds a Master's degree in Global Design and a Bachelor's degree in Design - Architecture - Arts from Condé, completing the latter in 2009.
