Anders Jonsson

Anders Jonsson is a highly experienced professional in the biotech field, currently serving as a Senior Process Development Scientist at Merck Group since May 2016. Prior to this, Anders worked as a Bioprocess Purification Specialist at Pall Life Sciences, where responsibilities included scaling experiments from R&D to production. Anders also held the position of Group Leader for Protein Technologies at ORF Genetics, focusing on purification procedures and protein optimization. Additionally, Anders has a background in aviation as a Licensed Commercial Pilot. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry and a BSc in Chemistry from Stockholm University, along with a commercial multiengine pilot and instructor certification from the North American Institute of Aviation.
