Che-Chia Hu Chester is a Senior Modality Expert for monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) at Merck Life Science, where they drive strategy development and support commercial teams across the Asia Pacific region. Chester has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Sales Development and Technical Manager, enhancing market presence and fostering innovation in the biotechnology sector. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Chung Yuan University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007, following their Bachelor's Degree in the same field from 1997 to 2001. Chester also gained valuable experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Kobe University and an intern at The Dow Chemical Company.
