David, Same-Ting Chen, Ph.D, is currently the Site Director for the Taoyuan Site at Merck Group and co-leads Project Sustainability in Taiwan. Previously, David held the position of Quality Director and General Manager at AZ Electronic Materials and served as a Manager at TSMC and a Technical Manager at Hoechst. David earned a Ph.D. from National Taiwan University and completed a post-doctorate at the Institute of Biological Chemistry, Academia Sinca.
