畑高文

高文畑 is an experienced human resources leader with a comprehensive background spanning multiple industries. They began their career at Mitsubishi Oil Company, where they worked in HR and sales, and later held significant roles at Carrefour and Stryker as a Labor Relations Manager and HR Operation Manager, respectively. 高文 then advanced to BASF as a Manager of HR Business Partnering, followed by a leadership position at MAHLE as Head of Human Resources for the Asia region. From 2016 to 2020, they served as Head of Location Security and a member of the Japan Executive Committee at Schaeffler. Currently, 高文 is the Total Rewards Lead in Group Human Resources at Merck Group. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from 早稲田大学 in 1992.
