Rayssa Briggs

Rayssa Briggs is a Quality Systems and GxP Analyst at Merck Group, where they focus on inspection readiness, lead auditing, change control, and fostering a quality culture. Rayssa's previous roles include a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst at Diffucap Chemobras and various positions at Merck Group, where they were responsible for validation processes, internal audits, and the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices. Rayssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and has completed postgraduate studies in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy as well as Total Quality Management. They are currently pursuing a Blue Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
