Serge Devadder

Serge Devadder is currently the Director of Strategic Distributor Management for Central and Northern Europe at Merck Group, overseeing all life science sales through the domestic distribution channel in several European countries. With over 30 years of experience in sales management across industrial, governmental, and academic markets, Serge has honed expertise in complex selling and contract negotiation. They have held significant roles within Merck Group and Sigma-Aldrich, managing strategic distribution and leading sales teams across multiple regions. Serge earned a Doctorate in Science from the Free University of Brussels, where they specialized in Synthetic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude.
