Shiv Kumar

Shiv Kumar possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Merck Group in India. Prior roles include HR Leader for Lowe's India, where responsibilities encompassed Associate Relations and HR Strategy, as well as Talent Acquisition Leadership. Prior to this, Shiv held various HR positions at Wells Fargo, Wipro, and Genpact, focusing on HR consulting, business partnering, and organizational change management. Shiv is an alumnus of Visvesvaraya Technological University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and also earned a PGDBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
