Sona Cepko

Sona Cepko (Fajnorova) is an expert in water resource management and sustainable business currently working as an Expert in Corporate Sustainability at Merck Group. They previously served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, providing expertise on sustainability and climate change. Sona has held various roles, including Quality Control Manager at Unimed Pharma® and Fellowship Holder at Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt, where they contributed to research on antibiotics resistant microorganisms. They earned a PhD in Environmental Chemistry and Technology from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
