Ajit Vikram

Ajit Vikram is currently the Associate Principal Scientist in Process R&D Enabling Technologies at Merck, where they focus on innovative technologies integrating deep learning, reaction kinetics, and automation. They previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they worked on AI-assisted flow synthesis and modular reactor platforms. Ajit earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Their background also includes a summer research internship at The University of British Columbia and an undergraduate research assistantship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
