Aleksandra Witman

Aleksandra (Sasha) Witman is an accomplished Associate Director of Operations with extensive experience in project engineering within the pharmaceuticals and exterior products industries. They began their career as an Outsource Engineering Intern at ACSS before progressing to positions at Saint-Gobain, where they excelled in electrical system upgrades and led various continuous improvement projects. Sasha later joined Merck, where they currently oversee packaging operations, managing a team of over 60 employees and fostering a culture of safety and quality. They earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, as well as participation in the Global Citizenship Program.
