Alexia Johnson

Alexia Johnson is a collaborative leader with 15 years of diverse experience in facility management and workplace transformation at MSD, where they currently serve as the Director of Facilities for the EMEA region. Alexia previously held various roles, including Executive Director of R&D Facility Management and Director of EMEA Facilities Operations, overseeing significant operational budgets and cross-functional teams. They also contributed as a Community Concept Advisor at the International WELL Building Institute and as a QCTS Analyst at Genzyme. Alexia holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon and has a background in Physics and Chemistry from Université Blaise Pascal.
