Allison Boyd

Allison Boyd is a certified Human Resources Leader with 15 years of experience in the field. They began their career at B. Braun Medical as a Benefits & Systems Administrator and progressed to roles such as Human Resources Representative and Intern. From 2016 to 2024, they worked at The Boston Beer Company as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Generalist. Currently, Allison serves as the Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Merck. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Moravian College.
