Amber Russo

Amber Russo, MHRM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical supply chain sectors. As Director at Merck since September 2019, Amber oversees internal and external capacity planning for the Global Clinical Supply chain while managing relationships with functional service providers to enhance operational efficiency. Amber also held the position of Associate Director, supporting various preclinical organizations with outsourcing needs, and served as Sourcing Manager, responsible for research and development sourcing and procurement. Prior to Merck, Amber worked at Aerotek from July 2014 to September 2019, initially as a Business Development Manager focused on providing talent solutions across various sectors, and earlier as a Recruiter. Amber holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
