Amy Carr

Amy Carr is an experienced Regulatory Affairs and Quality Leader with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. They served as the Director of Quality Systems and Compliance at Organon from 2021 to 2023, where they defined the strategy for the Quality Management System during the company’s transition to independence. Currently, Amy holds the position of Director, US Regional Project Quality Lead at Merck, focusing on quality aspects for capital projects in the US Animal Health operations. They have also held senior roles across various organizations, including Elanco, CritiTech, and Merck Animal Health, managing quality assurance and compliance efforts throughout their career. Amy earned a BA in Biology from Drake University, completing their studies in 1997.
