Blaise Mwanda is currently the Associate Director of Engineering at Merck, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, Blaise worked at Patheon as Manager of Manufacturing Technical Services from 2014 to 2018 and held various scientific roles, including Senior Scientist in New Product Development at Leiner Health Products from 2002 to 2007, and Scientist at Nutricia North America from 1999 to 2002.
