Bob Ievers

Bob Ievers has over 24 years of experience at Merck, currently serving as Executive Director and previously holding roles such as Director and Associate Director in Global Technical Operations. Bob is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in process and cleaning validation for Small Molecules, responsible for key documentation related to these areas. Through various leadership positions, Bob has managed technical teams focused on GMP quality systems and manufacturing support, enhancing operational efficiency and product supply. Bob began the career at Cytec, contributing to the development of a biological catalyst system for wastewater detoxification. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
