Brandon Stiff has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, beginning as an Application Engineer at Automata International from 1998 to 2000. Afterward, Brandon served as a Six Sigma Engineer at Hospira from 2002 to 2007. Brandon's tenure at Merck spans multiple roles, including Sr. Specialist in Engineering from January 2010 to September 2016, where responsibilities included technical support for single-use components and sterile processing sites. Brandon also held the position of Plant Quality Engineer and Process Engineer at LyondellBasell between March 2009 and January 2010. Currently, Brandon is the Associate Director of Engineering at Merck, focusing on Global Technical Operations within the Sterile & Validation Center of Excellence since August 2020. Brandon holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Howard University.
