Cali Hoffman

Cali Hoffman is a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Experience includes roles as a Peer Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and multiple Development Engineering Co-op positions at Zimmer Biomet, where innovative surgical instruments and packaging solutions were developed, as well as improving instrumentation for knee procedures based on surgeon input. Additional experience includes engineering co-op roles at AstraZeneca focused on process engineering, facilities engineering, and a transition to PLEX, alongside positions in retail and as a camp instructor. Currently, Cali Hoffman is participating in the Associate Engineer position within Merck's Manufacturing Leadership Development Program.
