Cory Hill

Cory Hill possesses extensive experience in operations management within the biopharmaceutical industry, notably as Associate Director of Operations at Merck from June 2016 to April 2020. In this role, Cory led the fermentation operations area, overseeing a team of over 25 employees and playing a key role in the successful establishment and management of a commercial-scale product expansion facility. Achievements include implementing robust operational readiness and training strategies, achieving a 40% increase in batch production during a period of rapid growth, and ensuring optimal production training for more than 200 employees. Prior experience includes roles at GSK as an Operations Technician focused on monoclonal antibodies and at the Center for Organ Recovery & Education as a Recovery Coordinator. Cory earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May 2004.
