Daisy Richardson

Daisy Richardson is the Director of Process Bioscience & Potency at Merck, where they are skilled in alignment across multiple sites, conflict resolution, and strategic initiatives. They have extensive cross-functional leadership experience, having served as CMC Lead for three clinical development programs and directed teams of up to 25 scientists. Daisy contributed to the analytical method development and characterization of Merck's therapeutic protein pipeline and was integral in the CMC package support of Keytruda. Previously, they held positions at Schering-Plough Research Institute and led analytical method development and transfers to support a broad range of therapeutic proteins. Daisy earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Millsaps College and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
