Danielle Flaherty

Danielle (Adams) Flaherty, PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong foundation in chemical engineering and business administration. Experience includes roles at Merck as a Specialist and Associate Specialist in Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed leading complex capital projects, troubleshooting during facility startup, and managing project scopes and budgets. Prior engineering internships at Amphenol Spectra-Strip and pharmaceutical science experience with Merck provided practical skills in material analysis and qualification testing. Danielle also served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Stevens Institute of Technology, where laboratory skills were honed utilizing scanning electron microscopy. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
