David Kaplan

David Kaplan, CPA, is the Director of Corporate Audit & Assurance Services at Merck, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as an Audit Senior Specialist at Merck and have extensive experience in the auditing field, having worked with prominent companies such as Deloitte and BDO USA, LLP. David began their career as Auditor II at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and also contributed as a Data Manager for a political campaign in 2011. They earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Accounting, from Indiana University.
