David Lamberto

David Lamberto is a Senior Principal Scientist, currently serving as the head of the Crystallization Laboratory at Merck in Rahway, NJ. They have extensive experience in the production of small molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients, which includes facility start-up, chemical process development, crystallization, and the scale-up of drying processes. David holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. Prior to their current role, David held multiple engineering and scientific positions at Merck from 2007 to 2025.
