Dexter Ma is the Director of Engineering and Facilities at Merck, where they focus on leveraging AI and automation to enhance facilities management and drive cost savings. Previously, Dexter held various engineering roles at companies such as FMC Technologies, Intel Corporation, and SyCal Engineering, gaining expertise in control systems, energy management, and mechanical engineering. Dexter earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, and Oregon State University, respectively. With a passion for identifying business needs, Dexter collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
