Divya Narayanan

Divya Narayanan, PhD, FAAO, is currently the Senior Medical Director of Global Medical Affairs in Ophthalmology at Merck. They previously held the position of Director of Medical Affairs for Retina at Johnson & Johnson, and served as an Associate Medical Director in Global Medical Affairs at Biogen. Divya earned a PhD in Vision Science from the University of Houston, where their research focused on evaluating pathological changes in the visual system related to multiple sclerosis. Additionally, their earlier roles included a Research Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and a clinical optometrist position at Sankara Nethralaya in India.
