Ed Malec

Ed Malec is the Director of IT Automation Engineering & Delivery at Merck, bringing over 20 years of IT experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They have held various roles within Merck, including Associate Director and Project Manager, focusing on IT automation and mobility. Ed's background includes project management, validation, and implementation of regulated systems, and they are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). They hold an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a graduate certificate in Management of Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Currently, Ed is pursuing a BS in Environmental Studies at Wheaton College.
