Eka Apriando

Eka Apriando is a seasoned sales training professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Sales Training Manager for both MSD and Merck since February 2016, Eka designs, conducts, and evaluates training for the sales force in Indonesia. Prior roles include Senior Field Training Manager at PT Novartis Indonesia, focusing on learning needs and coaching, and Sales Trainer at PT Glaxo Smith Kline, where competencies in medical knowledge and selling skills were enhanced. Previous experience also includes Field Trainer Officer at PT Dexa Medica and Health Care Representative at Pfizer. Eka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from the University of Sriwijaya and graduated from SMAN 10 Palembang with a focus on biology.
