Emmanuel Buys, PhD, possesses extensive experience in the fields of medicine, biotechnology, and research. Emmanuel served at Harvard Medical School as an Associate Professor in Anesthesia and Ophthalmology and previously held various academic positions, including Instructor and Assistant Professor in Anesthesia. At Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Emmanuel worked as Principal Investigator in R&D from 2017 to 2019. Emmanuel's research experience includes a fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital and roles as Assistant Biochemist and Assistant in Biotechnology.
