Eric Laflin

Eric Laflin, MBA, is currently the Associate Director of Operations at Merck, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency and managing supply chain actions. With a robust background in Operations Management in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries, Eric has effectively led diverse teams in both union and non-union environments. They previously served as an Engineer Captain in the United States Army Reserve and held various roles, including Operations Manager at Stryker and Clinical Trial Packaging Supervisor at Fisher Clinical Services. Eric earned their MBA from Drexel University and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
