Heather Heft is currently serving as Managing Counsel for Trademarks and Copyrights at Merck & Co. in Rahway, NJ. With a business-minded approach to corporate legal counsel, Heather has focused on all aspects of trademark and copyright law throughout their career. Prior to joining Merck, Heather held partner positions at several law firms, including woman-owned Donovan & Yee LLP and Schoeman Updike Kaufman & Gerber LLP, as well as Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP. Heather began their legal career as an Associate Attorney in Intellectual Property at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Heather is pursuing a JD at Columbia Law School while holding a BA in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
