Hema Dave

Hema Dave is a Senior Principal Scientist and Clinical Director specializing in late-stage oncology clinical development, with over a decade of experience in pediatric hematology-oncology. They previously served as a Clinical Research Fellow at the National Cancer Institute and as a Clinical Fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Hema's experience as a Pediatric Oncologist at Children's National Health System involved pioneering research on novel T cell therapies and leading the commercial CAR-T cell therapy initiative. Currently, they focus on immuno-oncology drug development and late-stage clinical trials in an early-stage bladder program at Merck. Hema holds a Master's in Public Health and a Doctor of Medicine, along with specialized training in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.
