Hui Wang

Hui Wang is a highly motivated and experienced scientific leader currently serving as a Principal Scientist and group leader at Merck, focusing on biologics discovery. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Principal Scientist and Group Leader at Pfizer, where they led a team in biologics production and analytics, and as a Staff Scientist at Takeda. Their extensive background includes research on membrane protein drug targets and significant expertise in protein characterization. Hui has published nine papers as the first author and/or corresponding author in high-impact journals, including Nature. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University, as well as a Master's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from The University of British Columbia.
