Jack Kopp

Jack Kopp has over 30 years of experience in network engineering and IT support, currently serving as Associate Director of Network Engineering at Merck & Co., Inc. since 1990. Kopp has led the engineering and deployment of global WAN Acceleration, CDN/Webcasting, and DNS/DHCP/IPAM environments, demonstrating expertise in application acceleration, digital video technologies, and networking solutions. Previously held positions include Senior System Analyst and Desktop Support, managing teams and providing support for large-scale systems. Kopp's earlier experience at IBM involved customer support engineering and hardware service. Kopp holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Electromechanical Technology from UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ.
