Jack Wagner

Jack Wagner is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Merck since April 2024, Jack has previously held significant roles including Director of Continuous Improvement at Avara Pharmaceutical Services, where achievements included substantial improvements in Right First Time and On Time Delivery metrics along with significant labor cost reductions. Jack's prior experience also encompasses leadership in operational excellence at International Environmental Corporation and Eaton Corporation, where impactful strategies led to enhanced efficiency and substantial cost savings. Jack holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
