James Pollock is currently the Head of Biologics Cell Culture Sciences for Biologics Drug Substance Commercialization at Merck. With a strong background in biologics process development and commercialization, James has held several key roles at Merck, including Principal Scientist and Director of the Global Vaccines & Biologics Program Leadership Group. Prior to joining Merck, James worked as a Research Scientist at Pfizer from 2010 to 2012. They are pursuing an Eng.D and a Master's in Engineering (Hons) at UCL. James is known for their leadership skills and ability to motivate teams while demonstrating a proactive and adaptable work ethic.
