Jayoon Lee

Jayoon Lee is a Chemical Engineering senior at the University of Illinois with diverse experience across the pharmaceutical industry, heavy equipment sector, and academic research. Jayoon has held internships at companies such as Caterpillar Inc., Pfizer, and the Army Research Laboratory, where they contributed to projects involving engine thermodynamics, reliability engineering, and anthrax detection. Most recently, Jayoon worked as a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions and has been involved in research on hemp applications for pharmaceuticals and biofuels. Jayoon also served as a Peer Reviewer for The Stanford Journal of Science, Technology, and Society.
