Jeffrey Stuart

Jeffrey Stuart, Ph.D., RAC, is the Associate Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Merck, where they focus on advancing therapies for patients with high unmet medical needs. With diverse regulatory experience spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biologics, and diagnostics, Jeffrey has held leadership roles at Novartis, where they founded the Global Precision Medicine Policy Team and led regulatory efforts for oncology products. Prior to their current position at Merck, Jeffrey served as Executive Director of Global Regulatory Affairs, successfully leading teams through critical FDA advisory committee meetings. They earned a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
