Jesse Rogers

Senior Scientist

Jesse Rogers is a Senior Scientist at Merck specializing in computational toxicology. With prior experience as a Biologist (Postdoctoral Fellow) at the US Environmental Protection Agency, they have focused on predicting chemical hazards using high-throughput transcriptomics and developing digital decision-making tools. Jesse also holds a PhD in Bioengineering from Clemson University, where they designed in vitro platforms for cardiac cell mechanotransduction and led undergraduate research projects. Previously, they contributed to innovative cell sorting technologies at Cell Microsystems and collaborated on research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jesse is passionate about exploring human biology and improving healthcare through computational approaches.
